About Taylor

Throughout my childhood, I spent most of my time at the construction sites with my Dad. He was a residential home builder in Monroe, GA for many years. It is a core memory of mine, if we weren't riding dirt bikes, or playing a sport,  I was with him on site. Luckily for all of you, I didn't pick up the building side, but I was still able to find a way to manage the process and help builders.

My dream was always to be Professional Golfer.. I thought that life would be made..

Then the real world kicked in after playing golf at FGCU, I bounced around a few different jobs, trying to find my niche. You name a job, I’ve probably worked it. I was stuck at a desk selling cars for a few years in SWFL, when I came across an opportunity in the mortgage industry. Quickly, I realized the opportunity that mortgage lending offered, I could do business and golf.. and call it work. I passed my NMLS test, and I started closing loans in the craziest refinance market we have seen in history!

Now, I wasn't a lender who made all of my money off of the refi boom but I was one that grit my teeth, and learned how to stay in business - from the lowest to the highest increase - we have seen in the market in the shortest amount of time.

What this has taught me, is that the process that you have, is the product that you sell. I don't sell mortgages, I sell my value, my consistency, and opportunity. I didn't learn any of that in the classroom. I learned it at the closing table.

I absolutely loved being at the beach 10 hours from my hometown, I had an incredible opportunity being a D1 golfer, however I was not ready for what I had in front of me at the time. With that being said, hindsight is always 20/20 and at the end of the day, it didnt truly feed who I was and what I wanted to do in life. Helping people however I can is what I love, I would give the shoes off my feet and the shirt off my back to anyone who needed it. The is what mortgages gave me, the pure value of helping those in need when it comes to their home financing/investing needs.

Initially, I did not understand the depth of Real Estate, and how having the abilty to build a home or assist in the buying process, quite literally, changes lives. Partnering with builders and realtors allows me to have a hand in this process, bringing me back a rush of those core memories I cherish so near to my heart. I absolutely love what I do and can’t wait for the opportunity to help you.

Give Me Two Hours And I'll Show You Everything You Need To make a difference in this market
